Shipping Policy
If your shipping address is marked as Rural by NZ Post but completed as Urban, we’ll contact you to confirm the additional Rural Delivery Fee. Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving order confirmation. Orders unpaid for 3 days will be parked as unconfirmed and may be cancelled.
Shipping is charged per item. Our standard satchels hold up to 4 marshmallow packs. Larger orders require extra courier fees, which we’ll notify you of along with payment details. Confirm and pay within 24 hours to avoid cancellation.
Processing times for Christmas are based on product freshness and courier schedules. Orders with custom, backorder, or pre-order items ship as per notified schedule. Ensure sufficient time if delivery is date-sensitive. Add delivery instructions in your order form.
Processing is only on business days (no weekends or public holidays).
Refund Policy
We take care to ensure the product is described as accurately as possible. Please ensure the product you purchase is suitable for the purpose, as refunds are not issued for a change of mind.
Custom and Pre-Order items cannot be refunded once confirmed, however rescheduled delivery time and changes to product can be accommodated if requested within 12 hours of confirmation.
If a product arrives damaged or inedible, or fails to be delivered, notify us within 24 hours to allow courier follow-up. A credit or replacement may be issued after proof of damage is supplied or lost product confirmed.
For food safety concerns, a return may be required as per MPI Guidelines. This may include sending photos, batch numbers, or returning items. We will cover return costs for food safety issues and arrange courier pick-up. Ensure the product is securely packaged.
Unauthorised returns will not be reimbursed. A full refund will be issued for returns due to MPI-notified food recalls.
Exchange
To ensure food safety under MPI Eatsafe Guidelines, we cannot exchange goods once they leave Whisk and Spoon.
