Marshmallows and Fudge

  • Marshmallows are sold by piece, not by weight.
  • Approximate dimensions: 3.5–4 cm (length/width) x 1.5–3.5 cm (height).
  • Handmade in small batches, sizes and colours can vary.
  • Packs are non-customisable unless stated otherwise.
  • Storage: Once opened, store in a cool, airtight, dry container in a food-safe environment. Can be frozen in an airtight, freezer safe container/bag for up to 3 months.

Base Ingredients

Marshmallows:

  • Sugar, Water, Glucose Syrup (SULPHITES), Gelatine, Cornflour, Canola Oil (322 SOY). Contains: SULPHITES, SOY.

Fudge:

  • Sugar, Condensed MILK, Butter (MILK), Callebaut MILK Chocolate (Belgian MILK chocolate couverture [min. cocoa 33.6%], Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole MILK Powder, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier [SOYa Lecithin]) or White Chocolate (Sugar, Sustainable RSPO Palm Oil, MILK Solids [22%], Emulsifier [322 SOY]). Contains: MILK, SOY.

Marshmallow Fluff

  • Store in a cool pantry/food-safe environment at room temperature. Refrigeration recommended if the environment exceeds 21°C (may alter texture).
  • Separation of ingredients due to temperature changes is normal — simply whisk to restore consistency.
  • Sold in pottle or jar by volume not weight (270 ml jar or pottle: approx. 7 cm x 9 cm x 7 cm). Contents may settle or move during shipping.
